ANDRÉ D. SMITH is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.  He has over 20 years of experience in this sector.  He has managed three branches and 30+ agents through varying real estate markets.  He works with residential consumers, representing buyers, sellers, and investors.  In addition, ANDRÉ has collaborated with community-based lenders, such as the North Richmond Community Housing Development Corporation (NRCHDC) and Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA).  He served as the preferred broker to assist new home buyers in finding their dream homes.  In addition to representing buyers, he provides invaluable education and support to ensure that new homebuyers understand the value of homeownership.

Upon graduating from West Contra Costa Unified, ANDRÉ enlisted into the United States Navy, serving our country for ten years.  He traveled the world visiting countries like Africa, Philippines, Singapore and Australia.  After being injured and honorably discharged, he continued his education for the next decade, obtaining his Bacholettere in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration.  Additionally, he worked tirelessly to serve his military family by advocating for Disabled Veterans as the Assistant National Membership Director for Disabled American Veterans, and spearheading the California launch of the Wounded Warrior Project.

ANDRÉ uses his background, training, skills, and position to ensure excellence and increased equity and diversity in his work and community.
